13.-17.09.2010: Presence at the IFAT ENTSORGA 2010
The Cologne University of Applied Sciences was represented with a booth at the IFAT ENTSORGA 2010, the world's largest trade fair for water, sewage, waste and recycling. The Competence platform STEPS (Sustainable Technologies and Computational Services for Environmental and Production Processes) has oriented a booth in cooperation with the Institute of Tropical Technology (ITT). Prof. Michael Bongards and his team of GECO►C were represented as participants of STEPS as well.
"The IFAT allows a good overview of the current situation of the wastewater industry," explained Prof. Bongards. "Not only the high number of visitors reflects this, but also the international nature of the individual booths." The research group from Gummersbach could make many new and interesting contacts and assess the fair participation as a success.
