09.12.2010: International attendance to the Cologne University of Applied Sciences in Gummersbach
On this day arrived two asiatic groups of visitors at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Campus Gummersbach: Japanese researchers from the Institute for Biotechnology at the University of Kobe as well as a delegation of Chinese computer scientists of the University Tianjin. Both groups were interested in a cooperation with the Cologne University of Applied Sciences and appeared very done by the still quite new building.
Prof. Dr. Bongards was involved in a guidance about the campus. Especially the Japanese delegation was very interested in the works of his research group GECO►C. "We can fancy a cooperation very well," Prof. Bongards was optimistic. However, before it is so far, even other meetings must take place so that the common interests can be better co-ordinated.
