11.02.2011: Wastewater treatment plant construction in China

In an exploratory meeting between representatives of the Endess + Hauser GmbH & Co.KG, professors Konen and Bartz-Beielstein as well as Prof. Dr. Bongards was discussed on the construction of a pilot wastewater treatment plant in China. The people involved deal with this issue for quite some time and will provide in the near future a suitable application for a research project.

The GECO►C C research team would be responsible in this connection for the control and data analysis.  An interesting approach , Prof. Dr. Bongards is pleased.  Especially since China has so far barely wastewater treatment plants and the demand is correspondingly large.  The professors from Gummersbach also aim here to cooperate with local universities, to guarantee the permanently transfer of scientific know-how.
