05.-07.02.2013: :metabolon on E-World energy & water 2013
The E-World 2013 could show an increase of the number of visitors about 7 percent more, in spite of the shortened duration by one day. The Cologne University of Applied Sciences presented the flagship project :metabolon in cooperation with the BAV (Bergischer Waste Management Association) at the North-Rhine-Westphalia state. The main topics of :metabolon - energy production from rest materials and sustainable resource efficiency - fitted exactly the main issues of the E-World, which was centered on the changed energy policy as well as Smart Energy.
""Meanwhile, we are the 3rd time at the North-Rhine-Westphalia state and enjoy the professional representation of our project", Prof. Bongards as the scientific leader of :metabolon is glad. "Our research community has profited from the all-dominating energy subject and we have been able to establish many interesting contacts. I am convinced that we will visit the fair next year again and will present our new research results to the industry."
