28.05.2013: SIMBA-Workshop in Leipzig - Contacts to DBFZ
The Magdeburg simulation developers invited already to the 20th time for her annual SIMBA meeting and offered this time again a Workshop with the subject "Control, Regulation and Simulation of biogas arrangements". Daniel Gaida, Promovend of the Gummersbacher research team GECO►C, was one of five performers and introduced the current results of his doctoral thesis to approx. 25 participants of the 1-day Workshops. On this occasion, the Workshop offered the possibility to intensify existing contacts as well as to attach new ones.
Daniel Gaida, M.Sc., took the opportunity to visit the newly installed pilot biogas plant of the renowned, near situated DBFZ (German Biomass Research Centre). "It was very interesting for me, because we both work on similar priorities in the research and we also have taken a pilot biogas plant into operation at the :metabolon site in Lindlar", explains Daniel Gaida. In the future, the researchers will share their experiences and can imagine joint publications.
