Videoconference Communications as an Interactive Tool for Distance Learning

Video conferencing is a unique technology for remote training with effect of presence. Scientists, teachers can see each other, watch pictures, discuss topics in conditions that are very similar to studies at an ordinary class. The only difference is that the scientists, teachers, students can be in different countries at that moment, not feeling discomfort caused by disturbing from work, trip expenditures of time and money.

Video-lectures, video-seminars and an exchange of experience with scientists and teachers from Cologne University of Applied Sciences through audio and visual communication will be conducted. The main result will be the improvement of educationally quality, e.g., improvement through a better exchange of experiences between colleagues from Kyrgyzstan and NATO countries as well as an improvement in practical and theoretical knowledge of distance learning.
