As part of the DAAD program "German Language Programs in CEE / CIS", Professor Bongards has the project "German-speaking course of telematic studies in the KSTU in Bishkek" getting approved. In this context, two Kyrgyz lecturers, Mrs. Bibigul Koshoeva and Mrs. Bubusara Medralibva, spent a month at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences(CUAS), Campus Gummersbach. Both researchers used this month intensively to expand their automation knowledge and also strengthened the already good cooperation between Bishkek and CUAS positively.
"We have been able to fix some decisive bases for the planned German-speaking automation course", explains Prof. Bongards. "At the same time my two Kyrgyz colleagues have used the time here to participate in various automation exercises and to familiarize themselves with our work. Both sides are very satisfied with the results of this first exchange."
